It was incredibly torride, so it's certainly not a good idea to visit in the middle of summer. I had a friend show me around so I was spared of the driving. However, the roads are narrow, and Stationnement is Cliquer ici impraticable. The old bout of Lyon is quite interesting, and the view of the sprawling city from the Basilica is spectacular.
